Embracing The Shadow With Radical Honesty
Join attachment expert and YouTuber Heidi Priebe for a five-day deep dive into the hidden strategies that shape the way we connect, disconnect, and show up in love. This immersive retreat blends the psychological insight of attachment theory with the embodied, truth-forward practices of Radical Honesty—co-facilitated by certified Radical Honesty trainers Lindsay St. Antoine and Tony Shawcross, who bring decades of combined experience guiding others through the practice of truth-telling and embodied presence in service of relational transformation.
Across five powerful days, you'll move from unconscious patterning into conscious choice—learning how your attachment style formed, which parts of yourself you've left behind to stay connected, and what it actually looks like to show up in intimacy without self-abandonment. Through guided exercises, real-time truth practice, and transformative group work, you'll uncover the version of you that's been waiting to emerge: the one who is fully present, deeply honest, and secure enough to choose how you want to love—and live.

Retreat Overview
Day One: The Cost Of Staying ConnectedÂ
Today we'll explore exactly how the unconscious mind develops strategies for staying in connection with others — at the cost of staying present and associated.Â
Day Two: Stop White-Knuckling Connection: Meeting The Long-Abandoned Parts Of Ourselves
The parts of ourselves that we neglect in order to stay in connection are the parts that end up unconsciously running the show in our close relationships. Today, we stop abandoning those parts—and start listening to what they have to say.Â
Day Three: From Roles To Real: Practicing Honest Intimacy
Today we'll take a frank look at the specific ways we perform connection—and introduce a practice for reclaiming presence, truth, and intimacy as we actually are.
Day Four: Conflict as Catalyst: Meeting the Shadow in Relationship
Today we'll explore the unexpected ways in which we can use relational tension to uncover and integrate the truths that we usually keep buried.
Day Five: The Freedom To ChooseÂ
From surviving connection to creating it consciously: today we’ll look at designing our relationships—and our lives—from a place of newfound clarity and integrity.

I'm a writer, creator and facilitator specializing in the intersection of shame, authenticity, and attachment healing. My work is rooted in both personal practice and years of research into how truth-telling and self-awareness contribute to deeper relational and emotional health.
Â
I draw from a wide range of disciplines—blending insights from personality psychology, attachment theory, mindfulness practices, emotional intelligence, and trauma-informed perspectives—to create a holistic and grounded approach to self-connection and relational growth.
I'm passionate about helping people move beyond the shame that keeps them operating from their adapted selves and reconnect with the core of who they are—both within themselves and in their close relationships. My workshops are designed to be spaces where we meet ourselves not through old stories or personas, but through direct, present-moment experience.

I’m an honesty coach and Radical Honesty Trainer in Denver, Colorado. In addition to providing honesty coaching, I also lead in-person and online Radical Honesty workshops.
I worked with Radical Honesty founder, Brad Blanton, beginning in 2014, filling many roles within Radical Honesty Enterprises, ending with my role as COO in 2021. I was certified as a Radical Honesty Trainer in 2017.
I have a great capacity for being with and fully witnessing people in their shame, embarrassment, anger or darker emotions, and ushering in whatever naturally arises for them in those spaces. For empowering people to stick with themselves (and each other) in these vulnerable and often uncomfortable spaces, and fully experience their whole experience. In doing so, shifts can occur, full body forgiveness naturally arises, and they may come to know themselves and be able to share themselves fully with others.
